This is the web site of WOWEasyMoney Media, LLC. (referred to as "Company"). The following Privacy Policy demonstrates our commitment to full disclosure regarding privacy issues. Since we gather certain types of information about our subscribers, we want you to fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

Information We Collect
We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, as well as through information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site subscriptions. We also collect information provided to us in the course of a subscription. A "subscription" occurs when a consumer registers for the Company's services, either via registration at our website, via opt-in or opt-out co-registration at a marketing partner's website, or via an opt-out permission pass / opt-out mailing. The Company collects personally identifiable information about subscribers, based on information provided to us at the time of registration, subscriber interaction and response to subsequent electronic mailings and website use, and perhaps information provided by marketing partners or data aggregators. Information collected may include, but is not necessarily limited to: name, email address, postal address, gender, birth date, telephone number, activity, interests, and other demographic information. This information enables us to better tailor our content to subscribers' needs and to help our clients to promote and sell their products and services. The information we collect is also used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

Solicited Email
WOWEasyMoney Media, LLC only sends email to individuals who have agreed on the Website to receive email from WOWEasyMoney Media, LLC or to individuals who have agreed on Third Party websites to receive email from Third Parties such as WOWEasyMoney Media, LLC. WOWEasyMoney Media, LLC does not send unsolicited email messages. As a result, statutes requiring certain formatting for unsolicited email are not applicable to WOWEasyMoney Media, LLC’s email messages.

Unsubscribing From Company Emails
If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending us email at contact@woweasymoney.net. Currently, the Company does not offer subscribers a means by which to completely delete personal information from our databases. Instead, subscription status for the email address from which the request comes is set to "unsubscribed" to suppress inclusion from future Company emails. The Company's unsubscribe process impacts only the future delivery of electronic mailings disseminated by the Company on its own behalf to the specified email address. To unsubscribe from emails sent on behalf of other companies, you must follow the unsubscribe procedures set up by those companies.

Information Gathering
With respect to cookies, the Company currently minimizes the use of cookies to only those necessary to properly route subscribers, and customize the subscriber's experience. The Company provides links to advertiser and partner websites and these sites may choose to use cookies to better promote their products and services. However, we also reserve the right to use cookies to store visitors' preferences, to record session information and to customize Web page content on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends. With respect to contact with our subscribers and their inquiries, subscribers have the ability to contact the Company to provide us with their feedback. The Company uses this information to respond to the subscriber and analyze customer service issues. With respect to usage tracking, the Company tracks information related to the electronic mailings and web pages viewed by subscribers, as well as the hyperlinks clicked by subscribers, while viewing our emails or visiting our websites.

Ad Servers
As of this time, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Modifications To Privacy Policy
However, from time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check our Web site periodically to review this Privacy Policy and any changes thereto.

Security
We have security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

We Do Not Intend To Collect Data From Children
The information and services this site provides is not intended to be viewed by children under 18 years of age. No information collected from children under 13 is knowingly used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either by us or by any company we work with.

Third Party Offers
From time to time, we may also share Personal Information with our affiliates and/or marketing partners who offer products and services that we think will be of interest to you. If you prefer not to have your Personal Information shared with our affiliates and/or marketing partners, please indicate what offers you are not interested in receiving on the E- mail Preferences page, if available, or by sending us an e-mail using the Contact Us page. If you are enrolling online, you may also opt-out of receiving e-mails from third parties outside of WOWEasyMoney Media by de-selecting the check box on the enrollment page. If you accept a third-party offer provided via or linked to from our Web site, you consent to our providing your Personal Information and/or billing information to the third-party marketer that offered the product or service so they may process your acceptance of the offer.
